AI agent development
An agent that does one job properly — triage inbound, qualify leads, answer the repeat questions, keep your records in sync — and pulls in a human only when it should.
Scope a buildWhat this is
Not a chatbot bolted onto your site. A custom agent wired into your actual tools, following your actual process, with clear rules about what it can decide and what it escalates. Built for one workflow at a time so it actually ships and actually works.
- Qualify an inbound lead against your criteria
- Answer questions it has answered before
- Book a meeting on a real calendar
- Write the outcome back to your CRM
- Send the follow-up on schedule
- Anything outside the agreed script
- A request to speak to a person
- Low confidence in what the customer means
- A decision above the value threshold you set
- Signs of a frustrated or hostile caller
You set where the line sits during scoping. The agent never crosses it.
What you get
- A working agent deployed to your infrastructure or ours
- Integration with your CRM, inbox, calendar, or internal tools
- Escalation rules so humans only see what needs them
- The full codebase and documentation — yours to keep
- Two weeks of monitoring and tuning on real traffic, included
How it works
- Clarify. We map the workflow and agree on what “done” looks like in numbers.
- Build. Fixed scope, shown as it comes together, revisions until it works.
- Hand over. Deployed, documented, code transferred, support for the first two weeks.
Who owns the code?
You do — completely. We hand over the full codebase, docs, and access. No lock-in, no per-seat licence on your own agent, and nothing that runs through infrastructure only we control. You can extend it, move it, or hand it to another developer whenever you want.
Which model do you use?
Whichever fits the task — Claude, GPT, Gemini, or a mix across steps. We are not tied to one provider, and we will tell you plainly when a smaller, cheaper model does the job just as well instead of defaulting to the most expensive option available.
What if the agent answers wrong?
It never acts above its level. Anything non-standard, low-confidence, or outside the agreed script is handed to a person rather than guessed at. For the first two weeks after launch we monitor real conversations closely and tune the agent against what actually happens, not assumptions.
How long does it take?
A single agent with a couple of integrations typically takes two to four weeks end to end — scoping, build, and the monitoring period. A simple bot or a narrow automation can ship in under a week. We give you a specific number after scoping.
Do you integrate with our CRM / tools?
If it has an API or webhooks, yes — and most modern CRMs, calendars and inboxes do. We confirm the specifics during scoping, including what the agent reads, what it writes, and where the boundary sits if something in your stack turns out to be unusually locked down.
