Who we are

Corravale Studio is an engineering studio operating from Ukraine and working with clients in the US, Canada, UK and EU. For anything in this policy, including deletion requests, write to hello@corravalestudio.com.

What this site collects

There are exactly three ways data reaches us through this website.

1. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

Every visit is counted by Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, how you arrived, and a handful of interaction events (contact page opened, contact form started, contact form submitted, clicks on primary buttons). Cookies are used to recognise a returning browser.

Nothing you type is sent to analytics. No name, email, company, or message text from the contact form is ever passed to GA4 — only the fact that a form was started or submitted.

2. Session analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — scrolling, clicks, mouse movement — and aggregates it into heatmaps and session playback. It is used to find where the site is confusing. Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into the contact form is not captured in recordings.

3. The contact form

If you send a brief through the contact form, you give us whatever you choose to put in it — typically name, email, company, and a description of the workflow you want automated. The form is delivered by Formspree and lands in our email inbox. We use it to reply to you and to scope the work you asked about. Nothing more.

Who processes this data

• Google (Analytics 4) — usage analytics
• Microsoft (Clarity) — heatmaps and session playback
• Formspree — delivery of contact form submissions
• Vercel — hosting; standard server request logs

We do not sell data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use anything collected here to train a model.

Legal basis and retention

Analytics run on legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. Contact form data is processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Analytics data follows the default retention of the platforms above; correspondence and briefs are kept as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period after, then deleted on request.

Your rights

If you're in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with comparable rules, you can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to analytics processing. Email hello@corravalestudio.com and we'll action it — there is no form to fill in and no account to close.

To block analytics yourself without asking us: use your browser's tracking protection, an ad blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on. The site works identically either way.

Client data is different

This policy covers the website only. Data we touch while building systems for a client is governed by the engagement terms on How we work: least-privilege access, data staying in infrastructure the client owns, nothing used to train a model, and access revoked at handover.

Changes
