We spend time with your team, map where the hours go, and come back with a short, honest report: the workflows where automation or an agent would clearly pay for itself, the ones where it wouldn’t, a recommended first project with a rough cost and timeline, and the risks to watch. It’s useful on its own — you can take the plan and build it with anyone.

How we start
A few conversations over a week or two, then the report. If you go on to build the first project with us, the audit fee comes off it.
Who owns the code?
There's no code in an audit — you own the written report outright, and you can take it and build the recommended project with anyone, including us. If a build follows, its code is handed over the same way as every other Corravale project: to your repository, yours to keep.
How is our data handled?
Interviews and any operational data you share are used only to produce the report, under least-privilege access to whatever you grant. Nothing is retained beyond the engagement or used to train a model, and the findings are confidential to you unless you choose to share them.
How long does it take?
A few conversations with the people who do the work, spread over one to two weeks, then the written report. It is deliberately short — the value is a clear, ranked answer you can act on quickly, not a months-long discovery engagement.
Is the audit fee wasted if we don't build with you?
No — the report is yours regardless, with a recommended first project, a rough cost range, and the risks to watch. If you do go on to build the first project with us, the audit fee comes off it; if not, you've still lost nothing but the fee itself.
