Off-the-shelf tools are built for the average of everyone. When a process is core to how you work, the generic tool becomes a tax — extra clicks, workarounds, a spreadsheet on the side. We build the small, focused interface that fits your process exactly: the fields you use, the states you move things through, the one view a manager checks each morning. It runs on your data and your rules, and there is no per-seat licence on it.

How we start
We sit with whoever owns the process for an hour, map the states and the decisions, and agree on what the first version has to do. First build is deliberately small — one process, shipped in weeks, not a platform.
Who owns the code?
You do, completely. Everything is delivered to your own repository — yours to run, change, or hand to another developer at any point. There is no proprietary runtime you depend on us for, and no per-seat licence sitting on top of a tool built specifically for your process.
How is our data handled?
Least-privilege access from day one — we request only the scopes the tool actually needs, not admin. Where possible it runs on your own infrastructure. Access is logged and revoked at handover unless you keep us on for ongoing support, and nothing is used to train a model.
How long does it take?
A single-process internal tool, scoped tightly, typically ships in two to four weeks — auth, the core screens, and the connection to your systems of record. Multi-role tools with several approval states take longer; we give you a specific number after the scoping conversation.
Do you replace the tools we already pay for?
Not usually — most of what we build sits alongside your existing stack and reads or writes to it directly, so nothing goes out of sync. The goal is removing one specific workaround your team lives with, not replatforming everything you already run.
